Catching a Production Bug

Detecting Recurring Problems

System and Technical Requirements

  1. Aardvark requires a Windows PC and an ethernet-connected PLC to save data. Data is saved to a MySQL DB on the PC. MySQL requires minimal setup and doesn’t require any licenses.
  2. Authorized on-site PCs can securely view Aardvark. Access control is easily managed through Aardvark and uses Windows security features.
  3. Offsite viewing on mobile and desktop devices over the internet is possible but requires configuration by your IT department.
  4. Text messages and emails require internet access to send and may incur charges
